【摘要】 目的:探讨扁桃体癌放射治疗的疗效及预后因素。方法:回顾性分析107例经病理证实的扁桃体癌患者的临床病理资料,均行单纯根治性放射治疗。I期5例,II期14例,III期27例,IV期61例。生存分析采用Kaplan-Meier法及Logrank检验,多因素分析采用Logistic回归模型。结果:全组5年总生存率为45.8%。I期~IV期5年生存率分别为89.6%、72.2%、54.3%和38.9%。多因素分析显示UICC分期为主要的预后因素。结论:UICC分期为扁桃体癌的主要的预后因素,单纯放射治疗对I、II期扁桃体癌病变可取得较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic outcome and define the prognostic factors in patients with tonsillar carcinoma after radical radiotherapy.Methods: 107 patients with pathologically confirmed tonsillar carcinoma were treated with radical radiotherapy.According to TNM staging system,there were 5 Stage I,14 Stage II,27 Stage III and 61 Stage IV patients.The significance of prognostic variables in the survival expectancy was evaluated with multivariate analysis and Cox stepwise regression model.Results: The 5-year total survival rates were 45.8%.The 5-year survival rates based on stage were 89.6% for Stage I,72.2% for Stage II,54.3% for Stage III and 38.9% for Stage IV.Multivariate analysis showed that UICC stages were the significant prognostic factors.Conclusion: Radiotherapy is an effective way to treat tonsillar carcinoma,especially for Stage I and II patients who are likely to give good results.更多还原
