【摘要】 采用换水式渔药毒性试验的方法,在水温20~23℃条件下,用敌杀死(每升含溴氰菊酯25 g),分别对3种不同规格的河蟹进行急性毒性试验。结果表明:成蟹、幼蟹、扣蟹48小时LC50值分别为2.19μg/L、1.01μg/L、0.67μg/L;96小时LC50值分别为0.65μg/L、0.42μg/L、0.31μg/L;安全浓度分别为0.15μg/L,0.19μg/L,0.46μg/L。更多还原

【Abstract】 Following the fishery drug testing method of changing water,the acute toxicity effects of dicis(contaning 25 gram deltamethrin per liter)were studied with three different kinds of river crabs on the conditon that the water temperature was in the range of 20~23 ℃.The results indicated that the 48 h LC50 for adult,juvenile and button crabs were 2.19,1.01,0.67 μg/L;96 h LC50 values were 0.65,0.42,0.31 μg/L,respectively.The safe concentration was 0.15,0.19,0.46 μg/L。更多还原
