康复新液防治金黄地鼠放射性口腔粘膜损伤的机制研究
Mechanism of Kangfuxin Fluid to prevention and cure radiation-induced oral mucosal damage of golden hamsters
【摘要】 目的研究康复新液对地鼠口腔粘膜放射损伤的防治作用机制。方法将30只金黄地鼠采用康复新液灌喂,同时予口腔粘膜γ射线照射,检测粘膜组织SOD活性,与对照组对比。结果康复新液组地鼠口腔粘膜损伤明显小于对照组,康复新液组口腔粘膜组织上清液SOD活性明显高于对照组。结论康复新液能有效防治口腔粘膜放射损伤,其机制与康复新液增强SOD活性,有效清除自由基有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To study mechanism of Kangfuxin Fluid to prevent and cure radiation-induced oral mucosal damage of golden hamsters.Methods 30 golden hamsters fed with Kangfuxin,while γ-ray irradiation to the oral mucosa to detect mucosal tissue SOD activity,and compared the control group.Results The golden hamsters oral mucosa injury of Kangfuxin Fluid group significantly less than the control group,oral mucosal tissue supernatant fluid SOD activity of Kangfuxin Fluid group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion The Kangfuxin Fluid can effectively prevent and control oral mucosa radiation injury,by enhancing SOD activity and effectively removing free radicals.
