【摘要】 目的分析少女分娩的临床特点。方法回顾性分析少女妊娠组(孕妇年龄<20岁)和成年女性妊娠组(孕妇年龄≥20岁),针对产前检查、分娩方式、剖宫产原因、文化程度、运用SPSS10.0软件包进行统计学分析;记录少女妊娠的入院时状况,并发症的特点。结果少女妊娠组产前检查<3次者占72.9%,中学以下文化程度占100%,均高于成年女性妊娠组;少女妊娠组剖宫产率为18.6%,低于成年女性妊娠组;少女妊娠严重并发症占11.9%,急产率13.6%。结论少女妊娠文化程度低,定期产前检查率和次数明显低于成年妊娠女性,出现合并症比例高且严重,急产比例高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical character of the pregnant teenager’s delivery.Methods Reviewed and analyzed the group of the pregnant teenagers(age is less than 20 years old) and the group of the pregnant women(age is larger than 20 years old).The statistics analysis was done by the software of SPSS10.0 based on the pre-delivery test,the delivery mode,the reason of Caesarean and the eductation degree of the patient;Analyzed the Caesarean,reason of the pregnant teenagers’s delivery.Results In the group of the pregnant teenagers,the 72.9% took less than three times of the pre-delivery tests and their education all are under high school.The ratios are higher than the adult group;The ratio of Caesarean in the the gruop of the pregnant teenagers is 18.6% and lower than that in the adult group;The serious complication of pregnant teenagers is in 11.9% and the ratio of precipitate labor is 13.6%.Conclusion In the pregnant teenagers,the education degree is lower,the rate and times of the regular pre-delivery test are lower than that of the adult group,and the rates of the serious complication and precipitate labor are higher than that of the adult group.更多还原
