【摘要】 目的观察前列腺电切围术期应用非那雄胺对手术效果的影响。方法回顾性比较前列腺增生电切术围术期间服用非那雄胺和不服用非那雄胺的手术疗效,并进行统计学处理。结果服用非那雄胺组手术时间平均(41.1±17.3)min,不服用非那雄胺组平均(54.2±16.9)min,差异有统计学意义;术中服用非那雄胺组失血量平均(133.6±91.6)ml,不服用非那雄胺组平均(238.21±166.8)ml,术后服用非那雄胺组平均每分钟失血量(2.67±1.55)ml,不服用非那雄胺组为(4.33±1.78)ml,两者差异均有统计学意义;服用非那雄胺组术后最大尿流率由治疗前(8.8±1.35)ml/s增加到(14.9±6.2)ml/s,不服用非那雄胺组最大尿流率由治疗前(9.2±4.2)ml/s增加到(12.1±5.2)ml/s,与服用非那雄胺组比较有差异。结论围术期口服非那雄胺患者行TURP治疗BPH时,平均手术时间缩短,术中术后出血量减少,术后最大尿流率增加。非那雄胺对手术效果有明显影响,可作为TURP围术期常规辅助用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survery the effect of Finasteride taken on transurethral electrovaporization of prostate(TURP).Methods A group of patients scheduled for TURP,were received Finasteride daily before surgery and other group of patients were as control,then to compare the thetherapeutic effect of two group of patients before and after surgery and make a statistics.Results All procedure were seccessful with mean operating time of the Finasteride group is(41.1±17.3)mins,while the mean operation time of non-Finasteride group is(54.2±16.9)mins.There is a conspicuous disparity of difference as between two datas;Blood lose of(133.6±91.6)ml were be seen in Finasteride group during operation,while blood lose of(23.21±166.8)ml in non-Finasteride group.Blood lose of(2.67±1.55)ml/min were be seen in Finasteride group after operation,while blood lose of(4.33±1.78)ml/min in non-Finasteride group.The Qave of Finasteride group is(8.8±1.35)ml/s before surgery and trun to(14.9±6.2)ml/s after surgery;The Qave of non-Finasteride group is(9.2±4.3)ml/s before surgery and trun to(12.1±5.2)ml/s afte surgery.Conclusion Improved TURP technique and Finasteride treatment can reduce operation time & perioperative bleeding,also increase Qmax.更多还原
