【摘要】 目的应用彩色多普勒血流显像技术(CDFI)对AVF术后进行客观检查,研究内瘘静脉动脉化进程。方法对36例有效患者,分别在术后1、3、6、9周取吻合口后5 cm为观测点,以彩色超声多普勒探测头静脉测量管径(D),壁厚,计算每分血流量。结果AVF制成后成熟是渐进的过程,越晚使用静脉动脉化越好,从而延长AVF的有效使用时间。结论AVF推荐术后9周以后开始使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the process of arterialization by the CDFI afte the arteriovenous fistula(AVF).Methods Among the 36 cases after the AVF,detect the caliber、ply of the vessel wall、blood flow per minute on the point which was 5 cm after the anastomotic stoma by the CDFI,on 1 week、3 week、6 week、9 week of the postop.Results The process of arterialization is anamorphosis after the AVF,the arterialization is maturity all the more alone the time extended,then we will extend the time of the using effectively.Conclusion The results we recommend is to begin using the AVF after 9 week of the postop.更多还原
