【摘要】 目的调查和分析我院围手术期抗菌药物使用情况。方法回顾性分析我院2007年1～12月300例围手术期患者抗菌药物使用情况。结果300例患者有287例(95.67%)使用了抗菌药物,Ⅰ类手术抗菌药物预防用药率为92.26%,在术前0.5～2h预防给药有158例(55.05%),术后用药≤48h有55例(19.16%);抗菌药物使用种类前3名依次为第三代头孢菌素类、氟喹诺酮类、第一代头孢菌素类。结论我院围手术期预防用药存在抗菌药物使用比例过高、用药时机不当、使用时间过长,抗菌药物选择不当与不合理联合用药等诸多问题,应加强对围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the application of prophylactic antibiotics in perioperative period in the hospital where the authers work. Methods Totally 300 cases of discharged record of perioperative period written between January to December in 2007 were retrospective investigated. Results Among 300 cases,antibiotics was used in 287 cases(95.67%).The prophylactic drug use rate in Type Ⅰ incision operations reached up to 92.26%. Antibiotics was used in 158 cases(55.05%) from 0.5～2 h before surgery. Antibiotics was used in 55 cases(19.16%) less than 48 h. The top three kinds of antibiotics be used were the third-generation cephalosporins,FQNS and first-generation cephalosporins in order. Conclusion There remains many questions in the use of prophylactic antibiotics in perioperative period in the hospital,including the high rate of prophylactic antibiotics use,improper time of drug use,and the prolonged continuous drug use,which requires the strengthening of administration of prophylactic antibiotics in perioperative period in our hospital.更多还原
