【摘要】 目的探讨不同程度的妊娠期高血压疾病患者外周血中内皮祖细胞数量的变化。方法选择15例重度子癫前期患者为子癫前期组,15例轻度子癲前期患者为对照组,采用Beckman-Coulter EpicsXL型流式细胞仪检测两组孕妇外周血中内皮祖细胞表达情况。结果子癲前期组CD3+4/CD4+5和CD62P+总数占外周血中有核细胞总数的百分比明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同程度的子癲前期可能与内皮祖细胞数量的改变有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discuss the quantitative change of vascular endothelial progenitor cells in peripheral blood of patient who was suffering different degree hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods Select 15 cases of severe pre-eclampsia toxemia sufferers to be pre-eclampsia toxemia group and 15 cases of mildy pre-eclampsia toxemia sufferers to be control group,adopt Beckman-CoulterEpicsXL Flow Cytometry to measure the quantitative expression of vascular endothelial progenitor cells in peripheral blood of patients who were suffering different dergee hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Results The percentage of the sum of CD+34/CD+45 and CD62P+in all nucleated cell in peripheral blood of the pre-eclampsia toxemia group is obviously superior to one of the control group,the discrepancy is statistical significance(P<0.05)between two groups.Conclusion The quantitative change of vascular endothelial progenitor cells in peripheral blood maybe relate to different drgree hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.更多还原
