【摘要】 目的探讨原发性干燥综合征患者间质性肺疾病与临床及类风湿因子(RF)、血沉(SR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、补体及免疫球蛋白、ANA、抗SSA、抗SSB的关系。方法原发性干燥综合征患者79例分为两组,一组是伴有间质性肺病变23例,另一组是不伴有间质性肺病变56例。所有患者均测定类风湿因子、血沉、C反应蛋白、补体C3及免疫球蛋白、ANA、抗SSA、抗SSB。结果原发性干燥综合征发生间质性肺疾病的发生率为24%。原发性干燥综合征发生间质性肺疾病组的年龄、类风湿因子滴定度、血沉、C反应蛋白、免疫球蛋白均明显高于无间质性肺疾病组(P<0.05),补体低于无间质性肺疾病组(P<0.05),两组的性别、病程、自身抗体无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论年龄大、高球蛋白血症、高滴度的类风湿因子及低补体提示间质性肺疾病的可能,原发性干燥综合征患者应积极治疗,控制疾病活动度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between clinic,RF titer、 ESR、 CRP、complement 3(C3)、 immunoglobulin、 Anti-nuclear antibody(ANA)、 anti-SSA、 anti-SSB and interstitial lung involvement in patients with primary sjogrens syndrome.Methods 79 patients with primary sjogrens syndrome was divided into two groups,23 patients with interstitial lung involvement,56 patients with no interstitial lung involvement.We tested RF titer,ESR,CRP,complement 3(C3),immunoglobulin,Anti-nuclear antibody(ANA),anti-SSA,anti-SSB.Results The incidence of primary sjogrens syndrome with interstitial lung involvement was 24%.Age、 RF titer、ESR、 CRP、 immunoglobulin in patients with interstitial lung involvement of primary sjogrens syndrome were significantly higher than those in patients with no interstitial lung involvement(P<0.05),C3 was lower(P<0.05) Sex distribution,duration of the disease,autoantibodys of two groups were not different(P>0.05).Conclusion The rising of Age、 RF titer、 and immunoglobulin,the low of C3 in patients suggest interstitial lung involvement,these patients with primary sjogrens syndrome were treated and controlled early.更多还原
