【摘要】 目的观察CyclinE,P27在皮肤鳞状细胞癌发生发展中的作用。探讨CyclinE,P27在不同级别皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中表达间的关系。提供皮肤鳞状细胞癌病因及发病机制研究的理论基础。方法用免疫组织化学技术检测35例皮肤鳞癌石蜡包埋组织和8例正常皮肤组织CyclinE,P27,的表达。结果CyclinE在皮肤鳞癌组织中表达高于皮肤正常对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中各分级间表达强度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);P27在皮肤鳞癌组织中表达低于皮肤正常对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中各分级间表达强度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CyclinE在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性表达上调,P27在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性表达下调,CyclinE在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中各分级间表达强度差异有统计学意义,分级越高表达强度也越高;P27在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中各分级间表达强度差异有统计学意义,分级越高表达强度也越低。Cy-clinE,P27在皮肤鳞癌中表达呈负相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expression of P27 and CyclinE in cutaneous squamous carcinoma.To study the relationship among the expression of P27 and CyelinE in various grades of cutaneous squamous carcinoma.Methods A totle of 35 specimens of cutaneous squamous carcinoma were evaluated by inmmunohistochmeical technique with monoclonal antibody for the expression of P27 and CyclinE.The data were analyzed by SPSS12.0 software package.Results The positive expression rate of CyclinE in normal skin and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was 0 and 74% respectively.The positive expression rate of CyclinE in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher compared to normal skin.The positive expression degree of CyclinE in various grades of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma has significant difference.The positive expression rate of P27 in normal skin and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was 85% and 40% respectively.The positive expression rate of P27 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was lower compared to normal skin.The positive expression degree of P27 in various grades of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma has statistic difference.The expression of CyclinE was inversely correlated with the expression of P27 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.Conclussion The positive expression of CyclinE was up regulated in the cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,The positive expression of P27 was down regulated in the the cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.The positive expression degree of P27 in various grades of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma has no significant difference.The expression of CyclinE was inversely correlated with the expression of P27 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
