【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜手术及药物治疗异位妊娠的近、远期疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治113例异位妊娠患者,分腹腔镜手术组、药物治疗组进行比较,分别观察其住院天数、出院时hCG值、输卵管通畅率、再次受孕等情况。结果腹腔镜组有效率97.61%,药物治疗组90.9%。腹腔镜手术组较药物治疗组住院天数短(P<0.01)、血hCG下降快(P<0.01)、输卵管通畅率高(P<0.05)、再次宫内妊娠率高(P<0.05);再次同侧异位妊娠率稍有降低,但差异无统计学意义。结论与药物保守治疗相比,腹腔镜保守手术治疗异位妊娠具有明显优势,值得应用,是异位妊娠保守治疗中一种安全、可靠的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect and the value of laparoscopic oviduct-sparing operation and chemotherapy in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Retrospective analysis 113 cases of ectopic pregnancy,were divided into two groups.57 cases exert laparoscopic oviduct-sparing operation,the other 56 cases exert chemotherapy.The clinical information was compared.Results Group laparoscopic oviduct-sparing operation showed remarkably differences in the rate of curative rate,shortening the time of hospitalization,decreasing the level of hCG on the discharge day and increasing the chance of re-pregnancy.There were no significant effect on prevent on the same side re-ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion Laparoscopic oviduct-sparing operation in treatment of ectopic pregnancy has lots of advantages,it is worth of applying in practice.更多还原
