【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜治疗妇科急腹症的临床价值。方法回顾性分析腹腔镜治疗230例妇科急腹症临床资料,不同的疾病采用不同的手术方式。结果230例手术均在腹腔镜下完成,成功率100%。结论腹腔镜技术应用于妇科急腹症,既可明确诊断,又能同时进行治疗,治疗成功率高,安全、实用,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of the laparoscopy in treating gynecological acute abdomen.Methods The clinical data of 230 cases of gynecological acute abdomen which were treated by laparoscopy were analyzed.Different diseases were treated with different method.Results All the cases were performed completely via laparoscopy.Conclusion To handle gynecological acute abdomen by laparoscopy,can offer not only accurate diagnoses,but also effective treatment.As the success rate is high,and the technology is safe and applicable,it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.更多还原
