长托宁和阿托品术前用药对唾液分泌、心率、血压的影响

【摘要】 目的比较长托宁和阿托品对唾液分泌、心率、血压变化的影响,指导抗胆碱药术前用药的选择。方法60例择期手术患者随机分为长托宁(A)组和阿托品(B)组,每组30例。麻醉前各组给相应药肌肉注射,然后施行全麻。观察用药后20、30min,插管时、术中1、2、3h及拔管时和送入ICU病房后2、4、8h呼吸道唾液分泌、心率及血压。结果A组唾液分泌明显低于B组(P<0.05),心率变化也明显低于B组P<0.05)。A组药物作用时间明显长于B组。结论长托宁对呼吸道腺体分泌抑制明显优于阿托品,且作用时间明显延长,对血压无明显的变化,用作术前药较阿托品更平稳安全。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of penehycildine hydrochloride and atropine on changes of saliva secretion,HR,BP and guide the choice of anticholinergic premedication.Methods Sixty patients with selective operation were randomly divided into a penehycildine hydrochloride group (A group,n=30) and a atropine group (B group ,n=30). Each group was received intramuscular injection with relative medicine before general anesthesia.Then to observe saliva secretion.HR,BP when 20,30 minutes after medication,intubation,1,2,3 hour during operation,extubation and 2,4,8 hour posted in ICU. Results Changes of saliva secretion and HR in A group (P<0.05) were obviously lower than that of B group while the medicine action time of A group was significantly longer.Conclusion The inhibition of respiratory thract gland secretion by penehycildine hydrochloride is evidently prior to atropine,and prolond significantly action time without any increase in HR and BP. So penehycildine hydrochloride used as premedication is more stable and safer than arropine.
