【摘要】 目的探讨应用中西医结合临床路径在缺血性脑卒中急性期患者中的临床效果。方法将85例缺血性脑卒中急性期患者随机分为实验组45例和对照组40例,实验组按制订好的缺血性脑卒中急性期患者临床路径表实施每日治疗和护理工作,对照组进行神经内科常规治疗和按国家中医药管理局1999年制定的脑卒中护理常规进行。结果实验组临床神经功能缺损(CNS)评分较对照组降低(P<0.05),实验组患者平均住院日、住院治疗费用等方面较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合临床路径应用于急性期缺血性脑卒中患者,可有效提高护理质量。更多还原
