【摘要】 目的评价文拉法辛与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的成本-效果。方法采用循证医学方法收集文拉法辛与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的临床资料,应用药物经济学的最小成本分析及成本-效果分析法进行分析。结果文拉法辛与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的治愈率分别为51.09%、44.81%(P>0.05);成本-效果比分别为1866.74、117.29。结论阿米替林治疗抑郁症的成本-效果优于文拉法辛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of venlafaxine and amitriptyline in the treatment of depressive disorders.Methods The clinical data of venlafaxine and amitriptyline in the treatment of depressive disorders were collected by evidence-based medicine method and were evaluated with cost-minimization analysis and cost-effectiveness analysis.Results The cure rates of venlafaxine and amitriptyline in the treatment of depressive disorders were 51.09% and 44.81%(P>0.05),respectively;and the corresponding cost-effectiveness ratios of which were 1866.74 and 117.29.Conclusion The cost-effectiveness of amitriptyline is superior to venlafaxine in the treatment of depressive disorders.更多还原
