【摘要】 目的分析系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)并带状疱疹感染患者的临床表现、特点及相关危险因素。方法回顾性分析20例SLE患者并带状疱疹感染(SLE带状疱疹组)的临床资料,并与无感染的SLE患者20例(SLE对照组)的可能相关危险因素进行比较。结果SLE并带状疱疹感染皮损分布为颅神经3例、颈神经5例、胸神经4例、腰神经5例、骶神经3例,治疗时间(15.7±2.536)d。与对照组相比,SLE带状疱疹组血清蛋白、SLE-DAI评分、1个月内日平均激素用量、1个月内是否使用环磷酰胺冲击治疗方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SLE并带状疱疹感染的治疗时间较长,预后好,血清清蛋白低、SLE-DAI评分、1个月内日平均激素用量、1个月内是否使用CTX冲击治疗是SLE患者合并带状疱疹感染的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical features and risk factors of herpes zoster complicated in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) patients.Methods Twenty cases of SLE with herpes zoster were collected.anther 20 SLE patients without infections at the same time were randomly chosen as control group.The differences between two groups were analyzed.Results SLE and herpes zoster infection of the skin lesions for the cranial nerves three cases,five cases of cervical,thoracic nerve four cases,five cases of lumbar,sacral nerve three cases,the treatment time(15.7±2.536)days.The were significantly differences between patients with herpes zoster group and control group in hapoalbuimia,SLE-DAI,the mean dosage of corticosteroids,cyclophosphamide(CTX) shock treatment in one month(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment is long in SLE with herpes zoster,general the prognosis is good.hapoalbuimia,SLE-DAI,the mean dosage of corticosteroids,CTX shock treatment in one month are risk factors for SLE with herpes zoster.更多还原
