【摘要】 目的评价双髂内动脉置永久性药泵区域灌注化疗治疗晚期膀胱癌的远期疗效。方法回顾性分析我院100例晚期膀胱癌患者的临床资料。治疗组80例,行同期区域灌注加经尿道汽化治疗;对照组20例,行经尿道汽化治疗,辅助全身化疗。结果随访10年,治疗组80例中50例复发,其中24例行膀胱全切术,18例死于远处转移。对照组20例中18例复发,其中1例行膀胱全切术,12例死于远处转移。结论同期区域灌注加经尿道汽化治疗晚期膀胱癌能够延长远期肿瘤复发时间,增加膀胱全切手术机会,延长患者生命。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluation the prostecdtive efficacy of regional perfusion via arterial chemotherapy pump for advanced stage carcinoma of urinary bladder.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with advanced stage carcinoma of urinary bladder were reviewed after treatment with TUV-Bt,with vein chemotherapy(control group,n=20)or with regional perfusion via arterial chemotherapy pump(treatment group,n=80).Results In the treatment group in 10 years,50 cases recurred in 10 years in which 24 cases have been performed radical cystectomy.In the contrast group,18 cases recurred in which only 1 case have been performed radical cystectomy.Conclusion Regional perfusion via arterial chemotherapy pump combined with TUV-Bt is efficient way for advanced stage carcinoma of urinary bladder,which can rednce long-time recurring rate of patient,increase the chance of secondary radical cystectomy.更多还原
