【Abstract】 The principle of owner autonomy is practiced in the residential community in our country.According to the law,the model of realization of the owner autonomy is the "owner congress-owner committee" model,but this model isn’t suitable for the present situation in China.It should be reconstructed under the principle of the representative system and separation of powers and theirs checks and balances to form a new one,that is,the "owner congress-owner representative convention-owner committee-intendance committee" model.更多还原
