【摘要】 目的:改进如意定喘片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中黄芪、枳实、南五味子、熟地黄和麻黄进行鉴别;用HPLC法测定苦杏仁苷和氢溴酸东莨菪碱的含量。结果:在薄层色谱中能鉴别出黄芪、枳实、南五味子、熟地黄和麻黄;HPLC法测定苦杏仁苷,在0.4208~1.6832μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为100.28%,RSD=0.94%;氢溴酸东莨菪碱在0.1395~0.5581μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为98.93%,RSD=1.87%。结论:所建立的方法快速准确、重复性好、专属性强,可用于如意定喘片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To developing the quality standard for Ruyi Dingchuan tablets.Methods:Astragalus mongholicus,Aurantiifructus immaturus,Kadsura japonica L, Prepared rehmannia root and Ephedra sinica Stapf were identified by TLC,and Amygdaloside and scopolamine hydrobromide were determined by HPLC.Results:Astragalus mongholicus,Aurantiifructus immaturus,Kadsura japonica L,Prepared rehmannia root and Ephedra sinica Stapf could be detected by TLC.There showed a linear relationship within the range from 0.4208 to 1.6832μg for determining Amygdaloside with HPLC(r=0.9999),and its average coefficient of recovery was 100.53% with RSD as 1.28%.And for Scopolamine hydrobromide,a good linear relationship within the range from 0.1395 to 0.5581μg(r=0.9998),which average coefficient of recovery was 99.15% with RSD as 1.92%.Conclusion:The rapid,accurate,reproducible and specific method had been established,which can be applied to quality control of Ruyi Dingchuan tablets.更多还原
