【摘要】 养老主体是老年人,养老资源的获取应是老年人一生积累和创造的过程,是老年人积极、主动的争取过程,而不是消极、被动的等待外界的救助过程,这种过程可以理解为老年人为实现幸福晚年而进行的养老价值资本的投资过程。提出的养老价值资本思想,为养老资源的获取提供了新的视角。养老价值资本体系的构建,为养老价值资本投资明确了方向,在此基础上建构的养老价值资本分析模型,对养老研究与实践具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The subject of the pension insurance are elderly.The elderly acquirement of the pension insurance resources ought to be a process of lifelong accumulation and creation.It’s not a negative or passive process waiting for outside salvation,but a positive and active striving process which can be interpreted as an investing process of pension value capital that elderly seek for happiness of later years.This paper put forward a pension value capital thought which provided a new perspective for acquirement of the pension resources.The construction of pension value capital system has determined directions for the pension value investment.The pension value capital analysis model which was contructed on this bisis has great significance for the study and practice of pension.更多还原
