含载体乳化液膜对废水中三价铬的分离
Separation of Chromium(Ⅲ) from Wastewater by Emulsion Liquid Membrane Containing Carrier
【摘要】 文章研究了以杯[4]芳烃为流动载体,Span-80为表面活性剂,煤油为膜溶剂,NaOH溶液为内相的乳化液膜体系对含铬废水的三价铬的分离提取,考查了表面活性剂用量、传递时间、NaOH浓度、载体浓度、搅拌速度对分离效果的影响,确立了最佳的提取条件。
【Abstract】 A emulsion liquid membrane process is developed to separate chromium(Ⅲ) from wastewater.The liquid membrane is made up of calix[4]arene as carrier,kerosene as organic solvent,Span-80 as surfactant and NaOH as strip agent.The effects of the amount of surfactant,separation duration time,NaOH concentration and stirring speed on separation process are studied.
