基于计算流体力学的坐便器节水方法研究

【摘要】 利用计算流体力学(CFD)构建卫生器具坐便器冲洗过程的仿真模型,并用粒子图像测速(PIV)试验验证该模型,将验证后的模型应用于坐便器冲洗过程的仿真试验来预测内部流道压力场变化,并根据预测值优化与冲洗性能密切相关的虹吸管道。结果表明,虹吸管出口段长度为177~227mm时,虹吸过程的负压值随长度增加而升高,虹吸作用随之增强、冲洗性能趋好;长度达227mm时,可使坐便器用水量从6L降至5L,所排污水量随之减少。这有望为基于流体力学仿真优化法的用水节水与污水减排技术的发展提供有益信息。

【Abstract】 Domestic water consumption and waste water in urban relate to daily-used sanitary ware,and exploring effective methods of water saving and wastewater minimization are important to alleviate the stress on water use and sewage treatment.The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) model was established to simulate the washing process of water closet(WC),which was verified by the Particle Image Velocimetry(PIV) test.CFD model was applied to predict the pressure field in flow channal of WC,and the siphon pipe was optimized based on the predicted value.It is showed that the negative pressure increased with the lengthening of pipe outlet(ranging from 177 to 227 mm),and the siphonage and washing effect were enhanced.The water consumption reduced from 6 L to 5 L and the amount of sewage water decreased,when adjusting the length of pipe outlet to be the best value(227 mm).It is expected to provide some valuable information for the development of the water saving and wastewater minimization technology based on CFD.
