壳聚糖—二氧化硅凝胶复合物对甲基橙的吸附研究
ADSORPTION PROPERTIES OF METHYL ORANGE ONTO CHITOSAN/SILICON DIOXIDE GEL
【摘要】 以四甲氧基硅烷和壳聚糖作用得到壳聚糖-二氧化硅凝胶复合物,研究其对甲基橙溶液的吸附,考察了各种条件对吸附的影响。结果表明,吸附剂可稳定应用于不同酸度的溶液中,尤其在中性至弱碱性范围内及常温下对甲基橙有较高的吸附率(大于85%);并具有良好的重复使用性能,经过10批次的再生,吸附率仍大于85%。该吸附剂有望应用于染料废水的处理中。
【Abstract】 An organic-inorganic hybrid gel of chitosan/SiO2 prepared by coupling chitosan with the tetramethoxy-silicane was used for decoloration.The effect of absorption time,the pH value of methyl orange solution,the initial concentration of methyl orange solution,the amount of adsorbent and the temperature on absorption were also investigated.The experimental results indicate that chitosan/SiO2 gel has an excellent adsorbability and regeneration capacity.This adsorbent may thus be a useful for removing dye from industrial waste-water.
