气浮-催化氧化-水解酸化-两段接触氧化工艺处理双氧水废水
AIR-FLOATATION/CATALYTIC OXIDATION /HYDROLYSIS ACIDIFICATION/TWO-STAGE BIOLOGICAL CONTACT OXIDATION PROCESS FOR TREATMENT OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE WASTEWATER
【摘要】 采用气浮-催化氧化-水解酸化-两段接触氧化工艺处理双氧水生产废水能达到预期效果。运行结果表明,当进水COD、SS、石油类、总磷的浓度分别为4400、285、800、290mg·L-1时,出水相应指标的浓度分别为68、60、4.5、0.42mg·L-1,可实现双氧水生产废水达标排放。采用隔油池-气浮组合可以有效去除废水中大部分的油类物质。该工艺具有耐冲击负荷能力强、剩余污泥量少、难降解有机物去除率高等优点,在工业废水处理中具有实用性。
【Abstract】 Air-floatation/catalytic oxidation/hydrolysis acidification/two-stage biological contact oxidation process was used to treat hydrogen peroxide wastewater. The results indicate that the effluent concentrations of COD,SS,oil,TP are 68、60、4.5、0.42 mg·L-1 when the influent concentrations of COD,SS,il,TP are 4 400、285、800、290 mg·L-1 respectively. It suggests that the combined process can realize the up-to-standard discharge of hydrogen peroxide wastewater. Oil removal pool/air-floatation pool can remove most of oil matter effectively. The process has advantages of stronger resistance to shock loading,less residual sludge,higher removal efficiency of refractory organics,and it is utility in the treatment of industrial wastewater.
