MAP法去除A~2/O工艺污泥离心废水中氮磷的试验研究

【摘要】 以桂林市某城市污水处理厂A2/O工艺污泥离心废水中的氮、磷为研究对象,进行了MAP法的正交试验和影响因素优化试验。试验结果表明,影响回流液中氮、磷去除效果的影响因素依次为pH、镁磷摩尔比和反应时间。经过单因素优化试验,得到适宜去除条件为pH=9,n(Mg):n(P)=1,t=30min。在此条件下氨氮的去除率超过75%,磷的去除率超过85%,但废水的SS浓度会对氮磷去除效果产生影响。

【Abstract】 A method of MAP was used for the return flow in sludge system of municipal wastewater treatment plant. Principal orders of factors which affect MAP precipitation process,concluded by orthogonal experiment and the optimal test are pH value,n(Mg):n(P) and reaction time. The optimum reaction conditions are pH=9,n(Mg):n(P)=1 and t=30 min. The best removal efficiency of phosphate and ammonium-nitrogen were beyond 85% and 75% under the optimum conditions. Concentration of SS has impact on removal efficiency of phosphate and ammonium-nitrogen.
