高密度网状絮凝澄清装置的净水机理及试验研究
PURIFICATION MECHANISM AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE EQUIPMENT OF HIGH DENSITY RETICULAR FLOCCULATION
【摘要】 指出了高密度网状絮体的形成、特性及其净化水质的效果;高密度网状絮凝澄清装置运用高密度网状絮体的特点,按推流式反应器原理设计,既重视混合阶段要求剧烈快速搅拌,又兼顾絮凝接触反应阶段微涡旋的水流条件。试验证明,本装置稳定状态下运行时,出水浊度在3NTU以下,最低达1.96NTU;CODMn、氨氮(NH4+-N)、NO2--N分别稳定在3、0.5、0.0072mg·L-1以下;UV254去除率稳定在60%以上,最高可达95.6%。PAFC+HPAM联合投加的效果比PAC+HPAM联合投加的效果优越。
【Abstract】 The characteristic and the effect of treated water by the high density lattice cotton wool body formation mechanism were pointed out.The high density lattice flocculation clarifying utilization high density lattice cotton wool body characteristic, according the push-flow reactor principle to design, both focus the rapid mixing in the mixed stage,and the microvortex current condition of the flocculation contact reaction stage.The results shown that un- der the normal condition, the general turbidity of effluent water was less than 3 NTU,and it was down to 1.96 NTU.CODMn,ammonia nitrogen and NO2--N were less than 3,0.5and 0.0072 mg·L-1 respectively.The removal rate of UV could be stabilized with more than 60%and it was up to 95.6%.The experi- ment was approved that the effect of adding PAFC and HPAM was better than that of adding PAC and HPAM in this equipment.
