【摘要】 农村居民点整理技术模式是农村居民点整理的前提和基础,影响着居民点整理效益的大小甚至成败。本文对其进行了较深入地研究,提出了居民点异地搬迁、迁村并点、村庄内部改造控制和城镇化四种整理模式,探讨了各模式的适用条件,并以胡集镇胡集办事处15个村为例进行实证研究,提出了各村适合的技术模式。本研究成果丰富了农村居民点整理理论,对胡集镇居民点整理实践具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology mode is the premise and base of land consolidation in the rural residential areas.It affects the residential areas consolidation benefit,even its succeed or failure.The paper studied spatial technology modes deeply,put forward four spatial technology modes,which were off-site removal mode,move and merge mode,village reform mode and urbanization mode,and discussed its suitable condition.Taking 15 villages-Huji office-of Huji town as example for application,the paper put forward suitable technology mode for every village.The research results enriched rural residential consolidation theory and put forward guidance for consolidation practice of rual residential areas in Huji town.更多还原
