1-MCP对绿豆种子萌发过程中酚类物质及抗氧化活性的影响

【摘要】 采用0.2μl/L、0.5μL/L和1.0μL/L1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP),0.05g/L、0.10g/L、0.15g/L乙烯利处理绿豆种子,测定种子发芽率、鲜重、下胚轴长度、乙烯释释放量、呼吸强度、总酚含量以及抗氧化活性等指标。结果表明,两种处理均提高了幼苗的鲜重、总酚含量,并提高了抗氧化能力。与乙烯利处理相反,1-MCP降低了种子的发芽率、乙烯释放速率和呼吸速率,促进了下胚轴伸长。

【Abstract】 Mung Bean seeds were treated with 0.2μl/L1-MCP,0.5μl/L1-MCP and 1.0μl/L1-MCP, and with 0.05g/L,0.10g/L,0.15g/L Ethrel,germination percentage,shoot weight,hypocotyl length,respiration rate,ethylene production,total polyphenols content and antioxidant activity were measured during seed germination.The results showed that both treatments enhanced the seedling weight,total polyphenols content and antioxidant activity.1-MCP treatment reduced while Ethrel increased germination percentage,respiration rate, ethylene production,but increased hypocotyl length.
