【Abstract】 On the basis of formulating the index system of value evaluation of PFI projects,this article sets up the value evaluation model of PFI projects based on grid-fuzzy Borda number analytical method,and each index weight is determined by taking advantage of fuzzy Borda number analytical method based on grid-get.At last,the result obtained from practical cases proves that the model is feasible and effective.更多还原
