超纤革的氧化还原体系染色

【摘要】 针对聚酰胺/聚氨酯超细纤维合成革的结构与性能,采用了弱酸性红N-5BL在多种氧化还原体系中染色,分析了染色动力学,测定了染色物的颜色深度,并采用无水乙醇提取上染织物中的染料。结果表明,以葡萄糖为还原剂的染色体系可以促进染料的有效上染,在氧化还原体系染色中,染料与合成革的组分之间形成盐式键和范德华力结合,无共价键结合。

【Abstract】 According to structures and properties of PA6/PU microfiber synthetic leather,mild acid dye red-N-5BL was used for dyeing in variety of redox systems.Kinetics of dyeing was analysed,together with the K/S values of fabrics being measured and dyes being extracted by using an hydrous ethanol from the fabric.The results show that the dyeing system could get better dyeing effectiveness by using glucose as reductant,and the dye affinity would attribute to ionic bonds and Vander Waals forces between dyes and components of synthetic leather in redox system,but no covalent fixation.
