【摘要】 汶川大地震给灾区民营企业造成了巨大损失。现有重建政策指明了灾后民企重建的方向,但仍需在数量、内容和功能上进一步细化和完善。民企重建政策的供给应结合专家建议、地方政府愿望、民企意愿,针对民企重建实际需求合理有序地制定相应的政策。同时,灾后民企重建的政策供给还需借助市场均衡理论,科学地确定不同政策的供给"度",最终形成民企实际需求的政策供给方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the methods of fieldwork,literature research,analytical hierarchy process,this paper indicates that the reconstruction policies designate the direction of the reconstruction of private enterprises,but are still to be decomposed,supplemented and consummated in the quantities,content and function by analyzing the actuality of supply and demand about policies of private enterprise reconstruction.In order to obtain better results about the reconstruction policies for private enterprises,this paper points out that policies on private enterprises reconstruction could be made more reasonable and orderly based on the demand of private enterprises by reconsidering expert suggestions,local government desirability and private enterprises aspiration.At the same time,a policy scheme for the requirement of private enterprise reconstruction could be produced by applying the theory of marketing equilibrium to scientifically formation of the supply of policies.更多还原
