【摘要】应用ISSR标记技术,对来自国内忍冬属（Lonicera Linn.）的19个居群进行遗传多样性和遗传结构的分析.从100条ISSR随机引物中筛选出19条引物对19个忍冬居群进行扩增,共得到305条清晰的扩增位点,其中多态性位点273个,多态位点百分率（PPB）为89.51%.遗传分化系数(G_sr)为0.5624,这显示19个居群的分子变异主要存在于居群间.更多还原

【Abstract】 Inter-simple sequence repeats （ISSR） markers were employed to assess genetic diversity and population structure in nineteen populations of Lonicera Linn.,a source of anti-inflammatory herbal medicine.Using 19 screened primers,305 discernible DNA fragments were generated of which 273 （89.51%） were polymorphic.The coefficient of gene differentiation (G_ST=0.5624) showed that the total molecular variance of 19 populations was mainly existed among populations.更多还原
