【摘要】 研究了Rose bengal处理对菠菜类囊体膜及PSⅡ颗粒的叶绿素荧光发射光谱、蛋白质内源荧光发射光谱及DCIP光还原活性的影响.结果表明:单线态氧可改变类囊体膜的结构,并且可破坏PSⅡ反应中心及LHCⅡ中叶绿素分子的结合状态,引起类囊体膜PSⅡ天线系统中的叶绿素捕光效率下降,还可引起光合电子传递能力下降和类囊体膜蛋白构象的改变.

【Abstract】 Treat spinach thyiakoid membrane and PS Ⅱ particle with rose bengal (RB) in different concentration, which can generate 1O2 via illuminate by green light. Then the effects of O2 on fluoresence emission spectra at room temperature, activity of DCIP photoreduction were studied. The results showed that 1O2 can change the protein conformation in thyiakoid membrane, destroy PS Ⅱ reaction centre and the combine of chlorophyll in light harvest complex Ⅱ (LHC Ⅱ), so, reduce the light harvesting efficiency of LHC Ⅱ. This research also concluded that 1O2 can reduce the efficiency of electron transfer chain in thyiakoid membrane.
