乙醇重整制氢对邻氯硝基苯的原位加氢合成邻氯苯胺的研究(英文)
Study on the in-situ hydrogenation of o-chloronitrobenzene to o-chloroaniline using solvent hydrogen from ethanol reforming
【摘要】 制备了两种 PVP 稳定的负载型稀土金属催化剂,考察了其催化邻氯硝基苯(o-CNB)选择加氢制备邻氯苯胺(o-CAN)的催化性能.所用氢气通过乙醇的液相催化重整产生并直接用于邻氯硝基苯的原位加氢.评价了不同反应条件(温度、时间、Fe 修饰剂等)对邻氯硝基苯的选择加氢的影响.研究表明,PVP-La/γ-Al2O3催化剂比另一贵金属催化剂 PVP-Pd/γ-Al2O3拥有更好的催化性能.同时,在优化的条件下,Fe 修饰的 PVP-La/γ-Al2O3催化剂催化的邻氯硝基苯选择加氢反应中,o-CNB 的转化率及 o-CAN 的选择性分别达到85.3%和98.4%.
【Abstract】 Two kinds of PVP-stabilized rare earth catalysts were prepared and used as catalysts for the hydrogenation of o-chloronitrobenzene (o-CNB) to o-chloroaniline(o-CAN),and hydrogen produced by the liquid-phase reforming of ethanol was firstly employed in the hydrogenation of o-CNB.Moreover, the influence of various factors,such as temperature,reaction time,iron modifier etc,on the selective hydrogenation of o-CNB was investigated in detail.The results obtained indicate that the PVP-La/γ-Al2O3 catalyst has higher activity compared to the PVP-Pd/γ-Al2O3,a noble metal catalyst.Under an optimum condition,moreover,the o-CNB conversion and the o-CAN selectivity in the hydrogenation of o-CNB catalyzed by Fe-modified PVP-La/Al2O3 catalyst respectively reached 85.3 % and 98.4 %.
