双子表面活性剂胶束体系中咪唑衍生物钴(Ⅱ)配合物催化HPNP水解剪切的研究

【摘要】 合成了一种咪唑衍生物钴(Ⅱ)配合物(Co-biap),并考察了其在双子表面活性剂(Gemini 16-2-16)胶束溶液中催化RNA模型物HPNP水解剪切的性能。研究表明,双子表面活性剂(Gemini 16-2-16)胶束溶液中钴(Ⅱ)配合物催化的HPNP水解剪切速率比HPNP自水解速率提高1126倍,且分别为单独被双子表面活性剂和钴(Ⅱ)配合物催化的HPNP水解速率的3.0倍和3.3倍。

【Abstract】 A kind of cobalt(Ⅱ) complex (Co-biap) with imidazole derivate was synthesized. In a cationic Gemini 16 2-16 micellar solution, the catalytic properties of the obtained complex in catalyzing the hydrolytic cleavage of 2-hydroxypropyl p-nitrophenyl phosphate (HPNP), a classic RNA model substrate, were systematically evaluated. The observations indicate that an 1126-fold rate enhancement was given in Co-biap/16-2-16 system in comparison with the background rate of HPNP spontaneous cleavage. Moreover, rate of the Co(Ⅱ)-catalyzed HPNP cleavage in Gemini 16-2-16 micelles is respectively 3.0 and 3. 3-fold than those of HPNP cleavage promoted by Gemini 16-2-16 micelles and Co(Ⅱ) complex.
