【摘要】 草履虫Paramoecium caudatum是动物学教学最常用的实验材料之一,一般采用人工方法培养提高草履虫的纯度,以便于应用于教学和研究。本文记述了11种培养方法和8种观察草履虫的方法,并对其中的一些做了一定的改进,旨在为生物实验教学及科学研究提供参考。在培养过程中除应关注所用的培养物质外,还应综合考虑pH、温度、天敌、有机化合物、金属离子对培养过程的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Paramoecium caudatum is one of the experimental materials used for teaching zoology.It is cultivated by artificial methods to improve the purity making it beneficial to teaching and research.Eleven methods of paramecium cultivation and 8 ways to observe it are described in this paper.Some of them have already made certain improvements making biological experiments and teaching simpler and clearer.During the process of paramecium cultivation,pH,temperature,natural enemies,organic compounds,metal ions are all factors which influence growth,in addition to cultivation medium.更多还原
