水电站压力钢管与混凝土之间的接触灌浆
Contact grouting between penstock and concrete
【摘要】 工程实践表明,水电站压力钢管与混凝土之间的接触灌浆,在钢管设计、施工和运行的各个环节中,不同程度地存在一些问题,影响到工程质量和工程进度,甚至关系到工程安全。根据工程实践经验及有关工程资料,从各方面总结与探讨了这一问题,并对钢管与混凝土间的空隙进行了分类,对接触灌浆设计与施工提出建议,供业内同行参考。
【Abstract】 Project practice shows that for the contact grouting between the penstock and concrete of a hydropower project,there exist some problems at the stages of penstock design,construction and operation,which will have an impact on project quality and construction progress,even threaten the project safety.Based on practice experience and relative project data,the paper analyzes and discusses the above problems from different aspects,classifies the fissures between penstock and concrete,and gives recommendations about the design and construction of contact grouting,making a reference for the industry.
