煤制油油灰渣在CFB锅炉燃烧试验研究
Test Study of Coal-oil Ash Slag Combustion in CFB Boiler
【摘要】 本文对神华煤直接液化工程产生的油灰渣进行了详细的分析,通过在西安热工院1MWthCFB燃烧试验台上对油灰渣和洗中煤混合燃料的燃烧特性试验研究,混合燃料比例的确定、对燃烧稳定的影响、在设计工况下的脱硫效率和SO2、NOX的排放浓度及燃烧灰渣的特性等进行了介绍,为煤制油电厂以油灰渣为燃料的100MWCFB锅炉设计、运行提供主要的技术支持,为现场锅炉掺烧,积累了经验。同时对CFB锅炉掺烧含油类及高硫份的燃料亦有一定的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 The article carried out detailed analysis to the slag produced during the direct liquefaction of Shenhua coal.Through the test of the combustion characteristics of the fuel mixed by slag and middlings carried out on Xi’an Heat Engineering Research Institute’s 1MWthCFB combustion test table,the mixing proportion of the fuel,influence on the combustion stability,desulfurization efficiency,and emission concentration of SO2 and NOX,as well as the features of slag combustion are introduced.Thus technical support for the design and operation of 100MWCFB boilers with slag as fuel in coal-oil power plants is provided,and experience is accumulated for on-site mixed-fuel combustion of boiler.It is informative for the CFB boiler’s using mixed fuel of oil and high sulfur content.
