【摘要】 目的:优化微波辅助法提取红景天有效成分的工艺。方法:采用单因素和正交实验设计,以红景天苷的含量为评价指标,对红景天有效成分进行微波辅助法提取。结果:其最佳工艺条件为:20倍量的水浸泡过40目药粉30min后用中低火微波处理40s,然后在70℃下提取10min,提取次数2次。该条件下红景天苷含量达到4.43mg/g。结论该法对红景天有效成分提取率高、成本低,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the microwave-assisted extract process for active components in Rhodiola. Methods The optimized extraction process was established by using single—factor and orthogonal,which was guided by the contents of salidrosid. Results Under the circumstance of optimized extraction process:1:20 as the ratio of raw material to water,30min as dipping time,deal with microwave for 40s , extract 10min under the temperature of 70℃ and extracted twice,the content of Salidrosid was up to 4.43 mg/ g .Conclusion This method of extracting active components of Rhodiola is high rate and low cost, it is worth promoting.更多还原
