【摘要】 用聚酰胺纳滤膜精制了某染料厂提供的活性翠蓝染料,根据渗透液的电导率估算除盐的程度,精制后染料的含盐量低于0.5%,将其配制成活性翠蓝墨水,用于美国ENCAD数码喷墨打印机,测试该墨水在棉布和丝绸上的性能,并优化出适宜的前处理和后处理工艺。通过考察织物前处理中糊料用量对墨水性能的影响,调配出了一种对丝绸和棉布通用的印花浆料。考察后处理中汽蒸时间对墨水性能的影响,发现棉布样品汽蒸15min左右,丝绸样品汽蒸10min左右时,皂洗牢度最佳,均可达到4~5级。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reactive turquoise blue is refined using polyamide nanofiltration membrane and the ink of reactive turquoise blue is prepared for American ENCAD ink-jet printer.
