污水污泥在流化床中快速热解制油
Fast Pyrolysis of Sewage Sludge in a Fluidized Bed for Oil from Sludge
【摘要】 采用流化床污泥热解制油系统,在300~600℃进行污泥快速热解试验,研究了污泥在不同热解温度下的热解特性.结果表明,随着反应温度的提高,残炭的产率减少,不凝结气体产率增加,热解油产率在300~500℃以下随着反应温度的升高逐渐增加,在500℃时达到最大值46.31%,随后逐渐减少;不凝结气体主要由CO2、CO、H2、CH4、C2H4、C2H6、C3H6和C3H8等组成,各成分随反应温度的升高呈规律性变化;通过GC-MS联用分析技术,对热解油中的29种含量(峰面积百分比)大于1%的成分进行了定性分析,400℃时热解油中酯类的含量(峰面积百分比)占绝对优势,而在600℃时,烯烃的含量(峰面积百分比)最多,各种组分的分布较400℃时均匀.
【Abstract】 Fast pyrolysis of sewage sludge was investigated in a fluidized-bed to study the effects of temperature on pyrolysis characteristics.Temperature varied from 300 to 600 ℃.The results indicate that char yield decreases while non-condensable gas yield increases as pyrolysis temperature increases.Oil(OFS) yield increases as pyrolysis temperature increases within the temperature range of reaches the 300—500 ℃,maximum of 46.31% at 500 ℃,and then decreases as temperature further increases.NCG is mainly composed of CO2,CO,H2,CH4,C2H4,C2H6,C3H6 and C3H8.The oil was analyzed by GC-MS,and a qualitative analysis was made of 29 compounds,whose peak area percentags are more than 1%.The concentration of esters dominates the oil at 400 ℃.However,at 600 ℃,alkenes is the biggest component,and the distributions of the components are much more uniform than those at 400 ℃.
