喷嘴距离和喷嘴角度对油膜附壁的影响
Influences of Impingement Distance and Impingement Angles on Wall-Wetted Fuel Film
【摘要】 为研究进气道燃油喷射汽油机内喷嘴距离和喷嘴角度对燃油碰壁形成的附壁油膜的影响,采用激光诱导荧光法,研究了不同喷嘴距离和喷嘴角度下的附壁油膜厚度二维分布规律.结果表明,喷嘴角度越小,附壁油膜厚度较大的区域越向下游移动,油膜较厚区域的范围越大,油膜的最大厚度越小.喷嘴距离越大,附壁油膜的厚度越薄.
【Abstract】 In order to study the influences of impingement distance and impingement angles on wall-wetted fuel film after fuel spray impinging on the inlet port wall in port fuel injected SI engines,two-dimensional distribution of adhered fuel film thickness on the wall at different impingement distances and impingement angles was measured by using laser induced fluorescence(LIF) technique.The experimental results show that,as impingement angle decreases,the thicker film region moves downstream more far away,and meanwhile,the area of the thicker part increases while the maximum fuel film thickness decreases.As impingement distance increases,the wall-wetted fuel film thickness decreases.
