某型航空发动机耗油率超标分析
Analysis for the Exceeding of Specific Fuel Consumption of an Aero-engine
【摘要】 依据小偏差法原理,建立某型双转子混合排气涡扇发动机的小偏差故障诊断系数表。应用小偏差气路故障诊断法,对该型发动机不加力状态耗油率超标的气路故障进行分析,确定发动机气路中影响耗油率的因素,并对影响耗油率小偏差系数较大的压气机和排气混合器在理论和实际数据上进行分析,进一步进行对比试验,确定其对耗油率的影响。
【Abstract】 Coefficient table of fault diagnosis was constructed with small deviation method for a doublespool by-pass engine. The fault of exceeding the specific fuel consumption was analyzed under a dry engine condition. The factors affecting sfc in gas path were validated. Compressor and exhaust mixer were further analyzed theoretically with data, as they were the main factors affecting sfc. Comparative test was carried out to determine the influence to sfc.
