【摘要】 本文采用等离子喷涂方法制备了氧化铝—氧化钇复合陶瓷涂层,研究涂层的制备工艺。通过SEM对涂层的微观组织进行分析研究。通过对涂层结合强度、孔隙率、沉积率和表面粗糙度的测试,研究涂层的综合性能。对单层氧化钇涂层和双层结构复合涂层进行性能对比,研究表明双层结构复合涂层具有更好的力学性能,在满足使用性能的同时,具有易清除再加工、易修复的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The alumina-yttria compound coating was prepared by air plasma thermal spraying. The microstructure was observed by SEM. The bond strength,porosity,rate of deposition and surface roughness were investigated. Comparing the properties of compound coating with single-layer yttria coating,which show that compound coating exhibits better mechanical property,and is easy to remove and re-prepare.更多还原
