【Abstract】 Probiotics are a flock of microorganism which live in organism and make host healthy. Traditional method and molecular biology method,such as PCR,can only screen probiotics to aim directly at one or more functions,but gene chip technology is a high-flux detection method that not only can screen probiotics efficiently,quickly and correctly from the unknown samples,also analyze their beneficial characters.
