【摘要】 对完达山糖宁奶粉进行了研究。应用了去掉奶粉基质用有效成分灌胃的方法。结果表明,完达山牌糖宁奶粉对正常小鼠空腹血糖无影响(P>0.05)。与模型对照组比,低、中、高剂量完达山糖宁奶粉能明显降低四氧嘧啶高血糖小鼠的空腹血糖(P<0.05),且灌胃葡萄糖后完达山牌糖宁奶粉低、中、高剂量组葡萄糖曲线下面积也小于模型对照组(P<0.05)。依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范-2003》结果判定,认为完达山牌糖宁奶粉辅助降血糖功能动物实验结果阳性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,we have studied Wondersun brand Tangning milk powder and applied to remove milk powder matrix with the active ingredient administerd method.Result indication: Experiment indication: Wondersun brand Tang-ning milk powder for blood sugar regula-tion has no effect to reach the face to face regular small rat on an empty stomach(P > 0.05).Comparing with model collation group,low,middle,high dosages are completed reaching Tang-ning milk powder being able to reduce the four oxygen metadiazine hyperglycaemia small rat’s obviously blood sugar(P < 0.05),After irrigating stomach glucose,low,middle,high dosages are completed reaching Tang-ning milk powder palso being smaller than a model contrasting a group on covering an area of forming the glucose curve on an empty stomach(P< 0.05),According to "2003 checking and appraising a technical code on health-care food" decides,Wondersun brand Tang-ning milk powder for blood sugar regulation has auxiliary reduced blood sugar function on animal experiment result masculine gender.更多还原
