【摘要】 化学防腐剂在食品保藏中使用广泛,本文就化学防腐剂在肉类保藏中使用的种类、原理、存在的问题以及发展趋势进行了简单的介绍。
【Abstract】 The use of chemical preservatives is wide.Through introducting the principle,kind and the situation of use,the development trend of chemical preservatives in meats preservation is forecasted.
