中草药抗菌抑菌作用在食品保鲜中的应用
Application of antibacterial and bacteriostatic action of Chinese herbal medicine on refreshing of foods
【摘要】 简要介绍了具有抗菌抑菌作用的中草药种类及其现代药理研究,并对中草药及其提取物在食品保鲜中的研究与应用情况作了详细阐述,旨在为开发绿色无污染安全型食品防腐剂提供思路。
【Abstract】 In order to supply more ideas about the food preservative for safe and no pollution foods,we simply introduced the Chinese herbal medicines’ category that have antisepticise and bacteriostatic action and their modern pharmaco research briefly,we also expounded the research advancement and application of these Chinese herbal medicines in detail.
