超临界直流锅炉稳压吹管技术的优化

【摘要】 大唐黄岛发电厂5号机组超临界直流锅炉采用简单疏水大气扩容式起动系统,在采用等离子点火起动过程中不能实现稳压无油耗吹管。通过机组起动过程中的热平衡分析,对稳压吹管技术进行了优化,实现了超临界直流锅炉的零油耗稳压吹管,经济效益明显。

【Abstract】 The start-up system of simple drain and atmospheric flashing has been used for supercritical once-through boielr of unit NO.5 in Datang Huangdao Power Plant,in the process of start-up using plasma ignition,the pipe-blowing under stable pressure without oil consumption can’t be realized.Through heat balance analysis in the start-up process of unit,the optimization in pipe-blowing technology under stable pressure has been carried out,the pipe-blowing technology under stable pressure with zero oil consumption for supercritical once-through boiler being realized,boasting remarkable economic benefits.
