适合于中间点焓值预测的超临界直流锅炉蒸发受热面传热计算

【摘要】 给出了基于超临界直流锅炉蒸发受热面实际运行状态的传热建模方法。根据炉膛受热面运行特性确定其结构和污染状态参数,采用参数预测所获得的受热面吸热量,进而给出适合于中间点焓值预测的蒸发受热面传热计算模型,该模型可清晰地描述中间点焓值和各影响因素之间的定量关系。通过对超临界600 MW机组直流锅炉改变煤种、水煤比、负荷和过量空气系数的试验表明,该模型能够准确预测中间点焓值;当锅炉运行条件发生变化时该模型可用于修正热工过程调节参数,指导蒸汽温度调节。

【Abstract】 The heat transfer modelling method based on actual status of the evaporative heating surface for supercritical once-through boiler has been given.On the basis of operation characters concerning the heating surface,the structure of said heating surface and its parameters under polluted status have been determined,the absorbed heat of said heating surface being predicted by adopting the obtained parameters and the heat transfer calculation model of said evaporative heating surface suitable for prediction of enthalpy value at the intermediate point being further given.This model can clearly describe quantitative relationship between the enthalpy value at intermediate point and every affecting factor.Through test of varying the coal sort,the proportioning ratio of water and coal,the load,and the coefficient of excess air of the once-through boiler for supercritical 600 MW unit,it is shown that the said model can accurately predict the enthalpy value at intermediate point;in the event of variation in operation condition of the boiler,the said model can be used to correct the thermodynamic adjusting parameters,guiding the adjustment of steam temperature.
